October Newsletter 2009 October is now a little colder and I am sure if you have used all the tips from September your skin will be looking and felling great. So to carry on the good work remember to use a good moisturiser morning and evening to keep you skin hydrated in the colder weather. All skin types need looking after so a few tips for our customers with problematic skin. (1) Zinc supplements works wonders for acne skin this product can be bought in pill or cream form. Zinc product can be bought from most chemist and health food shops please follower direction on how to use on products. (2) Make sure your skin is kept clean by using a purifying facial wash then a moisturiser. Use product for your skin type for acne skin use product for a problematic skin. ALL skin types need a good moisturiser. (3) This tip is for everyone try not to pick or squeeze spots, you will know when they are ready to be squeezed and this should be done using tissue around the fingers so as not to damage

September 09 Newsletter September has turned the corner and now is the time to get your skin ready for the new season. A few tips to help you get ready for September. 1) Exfoliate the face at lease 2 times per week using a gentle exfoliate such as Guinot Gommage Biologique or mix your own using cornmeal with a few spoons of honey. 2) As the weather starts getting colder you will need to change your moisturiser to one that is a little heavier to protect the skin from the climate and central heating. 3) Use pure jojoba or avocado oil to remove eye make-up including water proof mascara. A few drops of oil on a cotton wool pad and wipe over eye area. This also helps to condition your lashes and eyebrow. 4) Keep the body looking great with regular body brushing, exfoliating and the use of body cream or good body oil?
