                                                                                                                                         Body wrap Dilemma Its Tuesday my column is almost full but I have a slot for one   more client, I receive an email from a client wanting a   Guinot Body Wrap today, I email back the time I have available my client is happy to come in at that time ,great I have a full column for the day. Its 4pm my wrap client is in this treatment will take 1 ½ hrs, she is not a new client but due to GDPR she has to check our disclaimer form for information we hold on her and contra- indication for the body wrap. That done I show my client to my room, I am set up for the body wrap the electric blanket is   on I am ready to go.   I explain to my client what I would like her to take off and what to put on and when finished to lie on the couch and cover with the towel, I leave my client to get changed.                                                       Online Booking At the end of   my shift on Saturday I checked to see if I had   any bookings for Sunday   I had none, I blocked out the later part of the day and said to myself I will check my column on Saturday night if there is no booking I will go to lunch with a friend.   At 10pm that evening I check my column still no bookings so I blocked out the day and sat back with a nice glass of wine. On Sunday morning I received a bit of a frantic call from my receptionist there is a client at the salon waiting for her facial that she had booked last week. My receptionist said that client was getting a little angry with having to wait for her appointment. I finished that call and received a call from Seymour reception to say there is a client waiting for me and was I okay. My Rubbish Day My Rubbish Day Today I have decided to stop reading my emails, the first one I read this morning told me I was rubbish at writing and presenting my blog and should go on the internet and get some ideas they even left me links to follow.  They could be right about this!!! The second email asks this question” Do you have the clients you want and is your premises the type of place they would like to have their treatments” now I am really having a rubbish day. I have my salon in the basement of a sport center, due to the rain fall this weekend the  basement was flooded there is no light in the corridor and the walls are damp, I need to fine new premises like yesterday. I still have a few more hours to go before I finish my shift I need a glass of wine or a really nice client to come in and cheer me up with a great smile and a happy hello.
